Today I met Ryan D for my first stair workout.

Right from the get go my right knee was complaining and if I was honest with myself I should have stopped pronto. But as we are prone to do, I kept at wishfully hoping it would improve. Not.

I limped around all day long. Took 4 Ibuprofen in the evening it hurt so much.
