I was tired today! Not so much sleepy tired but the kind that makes you want to take a break from exercising. I think sitting at a desk in a warm office in front of a computer is not the best recipe for getting jacked up about your workout.

Core was kinda tough, especially the knee lifts. I just felt fatigued.

After much procrastination I finally got my ass out of the office chair and headed down to the IMA for my lunch time activity. It was a chore getting going but probably just what I needed. I've said it once and I'm sure I'll say it again, active recovery is usually better than just plain doing nothing. Once I got moving and got warmed up I felt better and my muscles felt looser. After I finished I hit the mat for some stretching and it felt really good.

Now I feel like I need to sleep about 10 hours.
