Valparaiso Urban Downhill Race

America is the land of litigation. We have more lawyers per capita than any other country on the globe. This leads to more lawsuits and restrictions and 'protections' than anywhere else as well.

This is not the case in Chile.

The Valparaiso Urban Downhill Race is a fad that has taken off in recent years where bikes descend through towns and down stairs and sometimes even through buildings.

Check out the proximity of stuff like light poles, metal railings, building corners, stone walls, spectators, all that would NEVER be allowed in North America... I for one am glad that it is allowed in other parts of the world.
