treadmill run | bike commute

Learn from my mistakes children.

I got on the treadmill this morning as much to clear my head as to get exercise. Mission accomplished. Thank God.

Riding to and from work felt fine, I'm pretty rested.

Distance run - 5.4 miles (according to the treadmill)
Pace run - dialed it up to 7:26 (8.1 mph) and kept it there
Equipment run - Brooks Glycerin 11, Garmin Fenix
Clothing run - Brooks 5" Essential Run Short, Brooks Podium SS shirt
