core | Breathe Hot Yoga

Made it to the gym this morning for an abbreviated core session. But I did try so new movements which has to be a good thing. I think I do the same routine much too often.

After the gym I went to Breathe Hot Yoga for a proper 90-minute session of Breathe Hot Yoga. Good stuff.
