This was my cyclocross bike.
Since I broke my much-loved rain bike in the winter of 2010-2011 I needed a replacement cyclocross bike and was keeping my eyes open.
I found this frame on sale at Nashbar for $400 and was mulling it over and then they sent me a coupon for an additional 20% off. Under $400 with tax and shipping? Can't pass that up… I guess it was meant to be as I then found the carbon fork for $100. The rest of the parts came off my old cyclocross bike. New bike done.
These days it is my gravel grinder bike which means I use it to explore fire roads or take a quick trip up the John Wayne Pioneer Trail in Iron Horse Park.
