treadmill run | Breathe Hot Pilates | walk

Hit the treadmill at lunch to test my hip/sartorius and it passed but I am far from being healed up. What a lousy, nagging injury!

After work I dropped by Breathe Hot Yoga and took a class I never have before - Hot Pilates. It was killer! This was a true workout, plain and simple. Great core and hip work. I need to try this again.
