treadmill run

Went to the gym this morning and for the first time ever I played with the incline of the treadmill.

ASIDE - since I don't officially have a hernia I figured one more run would not hurt. Besides, I was going easy.

For a change I ran indoors in my Brooks Cascadia 10 shoes. I needed to break in a second pair anyway. They were quite comfortable.

Once again my heart rate spiked something fierce at the beginning of my run. Oh well.
