This was my first time at Seattle Multisport and man is it a trip.
The facility is a 'loft' studio of sorts that sits on top of some janky looking apartments or homes. That said it is run VERY professionally and Tim – the proprietor – is absolutely on the ball. He used to work for CompuTrainer and apparently helped design the multi-rider software. Nice.
There were seven of us including Ryan D, Greg K, Jeff D and others. We warmed up, did a classic 10 km rolling TT, rested for 10 min and went again. All in an effort to establish a base power number.
