Back to my normal sleep schedule meaning not a lot but I felt significantly better this morning. I'm now just congested and have a (wicked sounding) cough but I don't feel as sick as I have the last two days.

Core went well and when I got home Shelley wanted to hit the treadmill so after futzing with my iPod I joined her on the rollers. Quality family time! :) And it went well if I do say so myself. Here's hoping I can finally get in a good cycling workout tomorrow.
