Nice! Today I was finally ably to do my knee lifts on the Roman chair as my right elbow has healed enough so it does not hurt prohibitively. Oh I could still feel it, and while doing the plank, but it's way better.

Riding in to work via downtown I could feel the effects of yesterday meaning I was kinda tired... I could use all kinds of clichés like, "Training starts now." or, "Hear that? That's the sound of the school bell; recess is over." but instead I'll just say that it feels good to be able to do something without knee pain. I sure do miss running tho... and I never thought I would say that.
