Man is it great to have company when you exercise! Ryan D was there again and he was motoring today. Sporting his 'new' hand-me-down running shoes and with his long legs it was hard to keep up for sure.

Today we warmed up with 2 walkers and then got in 4 runners alternating walking with running and finished up the hour with walkers. As easy as walkers are compared to runners, those last couple of flights were not easy. Our runners were faster than last week too.

For a change I could not feel my right knee/IT band AT ALL. I kept reassessing as we went up and down to make sure I was not imagining things but I really could not feel it in the slightest. That is SO good.

Am I going to start running? Not for at LEAST another week. then I might try around the block or something.
