Wow... we had SUCH a beautiful sunrise today. The sky was all pink and red over Bellevue and you could see Mt. Rainier; amazing.
IN attendance today were Justin A, Greg K, Tom F and Ryan D. I felt okay but Ryan and Justin were feeling better. Ryan was charging up the hills today and I would have been able to keep up even if I wanted to.
We are all in agreement that we need longer hills... 6-10 minutes would be ideal. All this 2-3 minutes stuff is not so good this time of year; better to do that kind of effort really hard later on. I think the hill ride needs to move to the weekend.
