bike commute

And NOTHING else...!

I'm still reeling from how bad I felt yesterday so I tried to ride super slow. On purpose. :)

It kinda worked but I'm learning that single speed bikes are NOT the best thing to be on when you want some active recovery. Unless you live in a very flat neighborhood. I don't.
