I felt really good today! What a nice change as this workout can be a chore when you don't feel amped up. Unfortunately Jim K was not feeling so tip top but he's a trooper and completed the workout anyway.
We started with two walkers and then alternated running with walking for the remainder of the flights. Our last runner was up two flights and then back down one, repeat until you reach the top. Kind of nice to break up the routine for sure.
I got more rest between flights today waiting from Jim, maybe that was in part due to me feeling so good? Whatever, it felt nice.
Work got in the way of my lunch workout today. :(
