Dude... I barely checked the training box today but it's my blog so I'm going to say the thought counts for something. :)

This morning I was pretty tired. I did wake up early but just had a hard time getting out of bed. When I finally got to the gym I was not feeling the 'good sensations in my legs' or anywhere else so did a couple of quickie exercises and then bolted back home to the breakfast table.
